To live optimally, we need to respect our body’s needs. To do this, we must understand how the systems in your body work, identify opportunities for healing, and remove any obstacles to recovery. The body innately wants to remain balanced, but it experiences environmental stressors daily, and strain on one system invariably affects the rest. Proper nutrition feeds our cells, tissues, organs, and balances our systems to provide everything the body genetically and spiritually requires to thrive. When we fuel the body properly we create synergies in all our systems and that innate equilibrium unlocks our full physical and cognitive potential.
